Website Terms of Use

Effective September 19, 2026. Last updated September 27, 2026.

These terms cover your use of the Foreline Systems website. They are not the agreement for our services.

This page is about the website only. If you become a Foreline client, the work we do for you is governed by a separate written client service agreement — scope, fees, term, support and everything else. Nothing on this page changes that agreement, and nothing on this page creates one.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top tells you which version you're reading, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

2. What the site is for

This site exists to describe what Foreline Systems does and to let you ask for a demo. You may read it, share links to it, and submit the demo form with your own accurate information.

When you submit the form, give us real information. We call and email the details you provide; submitting someone else's contact details, or a number you're not authorized to give consent for, is a misuse of the form.

3. Estimates, demos and pricing shown here — not a bid

No number on this site, and no number produced in a demo, is a bid, a quote, an offer, or a commitment to perform work at that price.

To be specific:

  • The example jobs, figures and screenshots on this site are illustrations from real work, shown to demonstrate how the software behaves. They are not an offer to price your job at those numbers.
  • An estimate produced during a demo — including one built from a measurement report you bring — is a demonstration of the software, run on sample settings. It is not a bid from Foreline, and it is not a bid from you to anyone else.
  • Foreline's estimator prices from the price sheet and templates loaded into it. Its output is only as accurate as those inputs and the measurement report it reads. A human reviews every estimate before it goes to a customer — that is how the product is designed to be used, and it is your responsibility when you use it.
  • Accuracy figures we publish describe past calibration results on specific jobs. They describe what happened, not what will happen on yours, and they are not a warranty or a guarantee of any result.
  • Service prices shown on this site are current as of the effective date and may change. Prices are confirmed in writing in the client service agreement, not here.

4. Our intellectual property

The site, its text, layout, graphics, diagrams, code and the Foreline name and logo are owned by Foreline Systems and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation, and link to the site.

You may not copy, republish, sell or build a derivative work from the site's content without our written permission, and you may not use the Foreline name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Hover, JobNimbus, Jobber, AccuLynx, Meta, Google, Netlify, Twilio, Retell AI and Make.com are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them to describe what our software works with. That is nominative use and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by them unless we say so explicitly.

5. Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following on or through this site:

  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through the form
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site, or automate submissions to the form
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the site, or try to access anything you're not authorized to
  • Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the site's operation
  • Use the site to send spam, or to break any law
  • Reverse-engineer any part of the site or the software behind it
  • Frame the site, or present its content as your own

We may block access, remove submissions, or refuse service to anyone who does these things, without notice.

This site links to third-party sites, including our booking page and our privacy-related opt-out links. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Their terms apply when you're on them.

7. Privacy

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. If you checked the consent boxes on the form, the wording you agreed to there governs how we may call or send you text messages, and you can revoke it as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimers

We try to keep this site accurate and available. But:

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Foreline Systems disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that anything on it is complete or current. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or professional advice for your business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Foreline Systems and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or business interruption — even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Claims relating to services we perform for a client are governed by the client service agreement, not by this section.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Where a limitation is not permitted, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

10. Your responsibility to us

If your misuse of this site — including submitting information you had no right to submit — causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur from it.

11. Governing law and where disputes go

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and Foreline Systems each consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

12. The rest

  • Severability: if any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver: if we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up.
  • Entire agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about this website. They do not replace or amend a client service agreement.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor in a merger or sale of the business.
