Founding offer
We're new. If you sign up now, you'd be one of the first five, and these are your terms.
Setup fees are one-time and split two ways: a non-refundable onboarding fee (kickoff, number provisioning, agent build, tooling) and a refundable setup balance — Front office $250 + $500, Full system $850 + $1,650. Founding customers get the refundable balance back on written request within 30 days of go-live, if onboarding is complete and call forwarding stayed live for at least 14 consecutive days. The Estimator on its own is $1,000 setup and has no call forwarding, so its founding-offer terms are covered on the demo. Your first month of service is included in the setup, so the monthly starts the month after go-live. Month to month — cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. Monthly fees aren't refunded.

Front office is $750 to set up. $250 of that is a non-refundable onboarding fee — the kickoff call, provisioning your number, building your agent, the tooling. The other $500 is refundable: ask in writing within 30 days of going live and you get it back, as long as you finished onboarding and kept call forwarding live for at least 14 consecutive days. We need those two weeks for the system to have had a fair run.
Then it's $349 a month, starting the month after go-live. Monthly fees aren't refunded. The Full system works the same way — a third of the setup fee is the non-refundable onboarding fee, two thirds is refundable on the same terms. The Estimator on its own has no call forwarding, so its founding-offer terms are covered on the demo.

The setup fee is the work — it is never waived and never discounted.
The setup fee is one payment, by card or bank transfer, after you've signed the agreement. A card clears the same day; a bank transfer usually takes 3–5 business days. Setup starts once it clears.
We load your price sheet and templates into the estimator, connect Hover and JobNimbus if you use them, put the receptionist on your phone line and calendar, and build the CRM and the automations between them. You get a working system, not a login and a manual.
Your first month of service is included in the setup fee, so the monthly doesn't start until the month after you go live.
Only the three packages have a fixed price. Each card on the Services page says which package already includes that system; anything else is scoped and priced with you on a call. Some build on the Estimator or the Front office and go live once that package is live; their cards say so. See every system.
